30901 DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
FOR
2003 HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on this day of April 2005. by and
between AUGUSTA, GEORGIA, by and through the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission, as the Implementor of the HOME Investment Partnership Program
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), and 30901 DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Subrecipient") is hereby amended incorporating the
following revisions to said agreement.
