Please fmd attached Change Order #1 to J.S. Haren in the amount of $2,646.59. During the
rehabilitation of the booster station, the contractor discovered that the existing fitting in the station
to which the discharge header connects is a #250 flange, rather than the 150# standard Also, during
construction, the contractor found an alignment problem with an old valve. A fitting is required to
ftx the problem. The cost for the additional work (150# flange and fttting) is $2,646.59. This change
order represents 2.17% of the original contract amount. Please approve the attached change order.
