CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET AMENDMENT
WALTON WAY IMPROVEMENTS

BE IT ORDAINED by the COmIl1ission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended.

The project change is authorized the creation of an additional funding
source. CPB# 58-8015-097 in the amount of $600,000.00 was adopted
April 1, 1997. These funds were set aside for this project in Special One
Percent Sales Tax, Phase II. CPB# 59-8015-097 in the amount of
$299,973.00 was adopted March 3, 1998. These funds are set aside for
this project in Special One Percent Sales Tax, Phase III. Construction
Project Budget Amendment Number Three authorized an additional
$76,455 for this project in Special One Percent Sales Tax, Phase III. This
Construction Project Budget Amendment will reallocate funds from
project contingency to construction.
The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within
the terms of the funds appropriated herein.
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
