BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project change authorized is to CPB#327-04-296812007. This
change is for the addition of funds for Construction in the amount of
$17,418.28. These funds are set aside in Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase
III $8,709.14 (CPB # 323-04-1110-6011110), and Augusta Utilities
$8,709.14 (CPB # 509043410-5425110/80170150-5425110).
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
