SUBJECT: GIS Update - KHAFRA Project No. 00118
Dear Karen:
As Phase II of the GIS Update contract comes to an end, we hope that we can continue
assisting you with these efforts. It would be advantageous at this time to take advantage of
the seasons (the lack of foliage) by using KHAFRA crews to collect the main trunk line data
in Rocky Creek, Oates Creek and Rock Creek as well as the Mid City Interceptor.
In order to complete this eifort, we estimate that an additional 8-10 weeks will be needed as
well as a fee of$140,000. In addition we would like to recommend an allocation of$17,500
for additional scanning and georeferencing, as we understand there may be more drawings
that will be beneficial to complete the water system as well as some additional information
to add to the Spirit Creek and Raes Creek sewer systems. The total of the extension would
be $] 57,500.00
This project has been very successful thus far and we look forward to being a part of its
