This Ietkr is \vritten notification to proceed. This Notice to Proceed is tor Change Order
Number Two to add Section I I B to l!le Sulid Waste Collection Contract. All conditions,
provisions. and requirements of the urigilwl contract shall apply to this section oj' the subject
contract.
As stated in the letter dated June 26. 2002 from A vis Brown, service in Section 11 B should
commence the week of August 1. 2002.
A route map and sheets for this area should be provided as soon as possible, but no later than
Wednesday. .luly 31, 2002. A draft service unit list should be submitted by July 26. 2002
along with a revised pay schedule.
