These drawings (C1 and C2) show the deletion of the retention pon~ at the front of the site alld the storm drainage from the parking lot to the property line. New storm drain lines are shown coming from the parking lot and joining together just before the property line at a new box in the existing storm drain line' currently running behipd the existing apartment co~plex. The finish floor of the Incubator building has been lowered. 9 more inches to cover the deletion 'of the pond. The cost of these changes as described and mentioned above is a credit of $ 5,453.00.
