The following change is hereby made to the contract for the above project:
Description of Change (for a more detailed description see attached proposal):
On 02/17/04 the Augusta Commission approved for the installation of flow meters at various industrial sites
and two residential areas to determine the amount of effluent at each site. The two residential areas were on
Ravenwood Drive and Cannongate Drive. Those sites in the residential area were to have an above the ground
cover. The cover has been modiified to an underground cover.
