BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that the
following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1:
The project change is authorized to CPB#322-04-292822783 adopted February 18, 1997.
This change is for revised estimates within Construction and Contingency associated with
the said project, in the total amount of $120,000 to be funded by the Special 1 % Sales Tax,
Phase II, Recaptured Funds.
Section 2:
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated Government to
complete the project:
Special I % Sales Tax, Phase II

Section 3:
The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
