The following change is hrreby made to the contract for the above projrtt.
The Privatization of Water/Wastewater Utilities contract lx~ Fort Gordon and Augustll Richmond
County was llwardc:d &ptemlxr 2007. Requirements of thr contract include executing Initial Capital
Upgrades (lCU) and Renewal and Repla=mt (R & R) projrcts foe the: water and wastewater systems
throughout Focr Gordon. Augustll Utilities has tcqUCSted Tetrll Tech RlW, Ioc. perform a radio path
sutVe}' to determine radio type, frequency and proper installations necessary to network twenty san11:Uy
sewer lift stations and five permanmt wastewater flow meter sites which are located throughout the
installation. Augustll Utilities Departmmt has also idmtified thr need to replace one existing sanil:Uy
sewer lift Stlltion. The Boardman Lake lift station is currently receiving wastewater from six residences and
