1. Purpose
This document is intended for use in implementing changes in the Work agreed to by the Owner, Architect and Contractor. Execution of a com,
plncd G701 form indicates agreement upon all the terms of the change.; including any ch~mgcs in the' COI1\ract Sum (or Guar.mtecd Maximum
Price) and Contract Time. .
2. Related Documents
This document \V;1S prcpared for use under the terms of AlA general conditions first published in 1987, including ALA Document A201, General
Conditions of the Contract for Constl1lction, and the general conditions cont:Jined in AlA Documents AI07 and All 7.
3. Use of Current Documents
Prior to using any AlA document. the user should consult the AlA, an AlA component ch~lpter or a current AlA DoculTlents Price List to determine
