The following change is hereby made to the contract for the above project:
Description of Change (for a more detailed description see attached proposal):
Repillce approximately 250-feet of existing 2-inch and 4-inch potable water line at the Goodrich Street Raw
Water Pumping Station with a new 4-inch line prior to the installation of the new concrete paving. The work
shall be completed on a Time and Materials basis with a not to exceed amonnt identified in the RFQ response.
The Augusta Utilities Department is agreeable to the material pricing provided in the RFQ response, but feels
the manhours proposed are excessive.
