HomeMy WebLinkAboutPROMISE LAND COMMUNITY DEV CORP $11,323.00 . 1st AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT between AUGUSTA, GEORGIA And PROMISE LAND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION in the amount of $11,323.00 Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Three Dollars & No Cents for Fiscal Year 2005 Providing funding for HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM "Operating Expenses for the South Augusta Rehabilitation Program" THIS 1ST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT ("Contract"), is made and entered into as of the I? I/^ day of Ai f) cJ , 2005, ("the effective date") by and between Augusta, Georgia - acting through the Housing and Economic Development Department (hereinafter referred to as "AHED") with principal offices located at 925 Laney-Walker Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Augusta, Georgia 30901, as party of the first part, hereinafter called "Augusta", and the Promise Land Community Development Corporation, a non-profit corporation, organized pursuant to the Laws of the State of Georgia, hereinafter called " PLDC" as party in the second part. WITNESSETH WHEREAS, Augusta has entered into a contractual agreement with Promise Land Community Development Corporation for the administration of HOME eligible affordable housing development activities dated October 18, 2005; and WHEREAS, the amount thereof was incorrectly stated and that the corrected amount IS $11,323.00. NOW THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree that the correct Contract amount is $11,323.00; and except as provided herein the parties ratify and reconfirm all the other terms of this Agreement of October 18, 2005 date the same being incorporated herein by reference.
