Project Number: 55-8775-095
County Reference: 87-056
Attached is Change Order Number One for the referenced project
in the amount of $6,000.
This change order reflects the cost of encasing approximately
32 LF of deteriorating bridge piling that is outside the scope
of the original contract. Georgia Department of Transportation
has committed to participate in this additional work cost in
the amount of $790.40.
Funds for this change should come from project contingencies.
Current project contingencies show a balance of $17,197.
Approval is recommended.
