Dear Mr, Jimenez:
This letter is to provide the cost to make adjustments to the HV AC system as outlined by
recent letter and diagrams received from ZEL Engineering, This change order request
i!1cludes interlocking the motor operated louvers with the pipe gallery exhaust fan and the
widening and changing of the openings to accommodate changes to the louvers as noted
in the return of the HV AC submittal. Total amount of this change order request is
$1,813,00, If you tind this to be in order we appreciate you issuing a change order to
compensate us for this amount.

The opening under the electrical panel can :hen De blocked up,
and the other openlng made ~arge enough for :he ~~" X 16" Vent
and Louver.
If you prefer to stay with the 32" X 8" Vencs a~d ~ouve=s,
they can be placed side-oy-side oy widening che sbuch openlng
on either side in order to stay to the south side of
electrical panel and conduits.
In any event, the block work should be completed before the
exterior brickwork is done.

Volt AC coil and an 8-point 30A terminal block in MCC
Sec:ion 4E. ~elay:::o oe Cutler-~ar.~er Cat. No. AR420A

2. Install 120 Volt power (2ff:12, 1#12G) trom LP, ckt. 11,
to terminal block.
3. Rewire control circuit for Pi~e Gallery Exhaust fan
(MCC Section 4C) as shown on aetached sketch.

to the 3 motor operated louvers (2#12, 1#12G to louver
motor, 2#14 to louver limit switch).

Please find attached Change Order #2 for the above referenced project. The change order
consists of adjustments to the Chafee Lift Station ventilation system (HVi\C) , The change includes
interlocking the motor operated louvers with the pipe gallery exhaust fan and widening and changing
the openings for the louvers. The total cost of the change is $1,813.00.
