BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that the
following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1:
The project change is authorized to CPB#296823906 adopted March 18, 1997. Change
Number Two, approved March 2, 1999, was for the addition of funds for Advertising,
Contingency, and Construction associated with the said project, in the total amount of
$1,114,000 to be funded in part by the Utilities Department and by the Special 1 % Sales
Tax, Phase III Funds. This change is to add guard rail and related appurtenances.
Section 2:
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated Government to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
