Due to changes in the project scope of work, we propose the following adjustments to the contract.
1. Fill material to raise the ;;p:ound level at LSC #4 (Ref. Additional Work line item #3).

The project site work is nearing completion and installation of the permanent pump has begun
yesterday. TheSoft-Start starten are scheduled to be shipped from the OEM April 16, 2001, and
will delay completion of the electrical portion of the project until approximately May 15, 2001. The
pumps can then be started, field ':ested, water samples collected and analyzed. We therefore request
an addition of 93 days to ourconttact for a May 31, 2001 date for sub.stantial completion.
