Haren Company is prepared to relocate the spoil pile to the soutbeast comer and down
the south side from its present location for $28,668.50. A breakdo\\on of the cost is
included for your J'e'\liew. J. S. Haren Company is also requesting a contract time
extension of 24 days for this work.

Our cost to relocate the ditch line and rip rap is $8.181.56.
I have enclosed a breakdown of our cost to relocate the ditch line and rip rap. This price was
not included in the previous change order request because I did not have a sketch at that time.
Please be aware 1. S. HAREN COMPANY is almost finished with this project and the fence
issue is still in discussion.

On this project, can you send me a weekly report on the project status? I need to know what is going on with this one and
a report would sure make it easy. If you want, feel free to use a report format similar to the ones we use on the Mid-City
projects. Brian Richards/AUD and Max Hicks/AUD have also requested these reports.

Here are some of the questions which need resolution:
Ground Water Plant #3 - Clearwell
Relocation of ditch line and rip-rap to make room for trees along south property line - Price $8,181.56
Relocation of spoil pile to south and east of the clearwell - Price $28,668.50
Delete site fencina in preparation of installing a privacy fence - Credit $13,750.08 (Privacy fence will cost roughly twice
that)
Delete aravel drive from area to south and east of c1earwell - Credit $1,533.08
Ground Water Plant #3 - Facilities
Block vs Brick - Brick will cost $9,500 to use brick 1O-670-wc in lieu of split block (Utility size).
Add privacy fence - see above roughly $25,000
Change driveway configuration - no cost
