This change order is the result of items under running as noted below:

The reason for the under runs is a decision was made to delete a significant portion of this project in order
to construct a new sports stadium in the adjoining areas of the Mill and Mauge Streets portion of the Laney
Walker Blvd. Reconstruction. To have continued with our originally proposed project in this area would
not have been cost effective because most of the proposed work would have to be removed in the near
future.
