JACKSON ROAD WIDENING PROJECT
CHANGE NUMBER FIVE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended.
Section 1;
The project change is authorized to CPB# 51-8301-320 adopted
September 1, 1992. This change is for the addition of funds based on
revised construction estimates to come from the Project Contingency in
the amount of $80,542.40.
Section 2:
The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within
the terms of the funds appropriated herein.
Section 3:
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase I
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
Utility Renewal and Extension

The following change order is hereby made to the proposal for the above project:
Installation of a reinforced concrete pipe, additional asphalt milling and paving, a
hydrated line, water and meter taps, and a storm sewer manhole.
