HYDE PARK DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGE NUMBER FIVE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following capital project budget is hereby amended:
Seetion 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 51-8571-269 adopted May 7,1991.
This change is to budget for funds associated with the engineering of the project. These
funds in the amount of $6,500 are set aside in the Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II as this
is a Priority Project, and will come directly from the project contingency.
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the
tenus of the funds appropriated herein.
Section 3, The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-
Council to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase I
Special I % Sales Tax, Phase II

Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
BY BASIN
Rocky $1,798,233
BY DISTRICT
2nd $1,798,233
Section 5. Copies of this capital project budget amendment shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
