Re: Fleming Tennis Center Improvements Meeting of 3/30/99
Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
Dear Darren,
Confirming our meeting of 3/30/99 with you and Augusta-Richmond County Parks and
Recreation representatives; We agree to reduce our Alternate No.5 price by $600.00
from $12,500.00 to $11,900.00. Further, should Augusta-Richmond County provide, to
Allen-Batchelor at no cost, all required waste hauling and associated dump fees we will
further reduce our price by $3,000.00 to $8,900.00.
As we discussed, two continuously running dump trucks to a dump facility one mile
away should provide sufficient hauling to meet the works requirements. Therefore,
should the $3,000.00 price reduction be accepted, this is what Augusta-Richmond County
agrees to provide.
If we have not accurately described our meeting conversation please contact me
immediately and we will modify this letter accordingly. We look forward to working with
you agaIn.
