The following change is hereby made to the contract for the above project:
Description of Change (for a more detailed description see attached proposal):
Under the original contract approved by the Augusta Commission on October 7, 2004, ARCADIS has
completed 80 % of the design for the Administration Building. After a review it was determined revisions to
the plans were necessary. The revisions consist of major wall movements, addition of rooms and room
changes.
