The following change is hereby made to the contract for the above project:
Description of Change (for a more detailed description see attached proposal):
Replace the motor control center at Groundwater Treatment Plant #2. The replacement of the motor control
center must take place within a 7 calendar day period between December 2002 and January 2003 as agreed
upon by the Augusta Utilities Department and Hebbard Electric. Hebbard Electric Company will be assessed
Liquidated Damages in the amount of$5,000/calendar day for each calendar day over the 7 days originally
agreed upon in this change unless superceded by a new agreement.
