Description of Change (for a more detailed description see attached proposal):
This change includes canal repairs, deletion of monorails from the existing contract, extending the tunnel limits
under the railroad tracks to comply with CSX requirements, and modifying the canal intake for the new pump
station to comply with revisions requested by FERC.
