The following change is hereby made to the contract for the above project:
Description of Change (for a more detailed description see attached proposal):
Adjust the contract quantities to match the final installed quantities in acc~rdance with the terms of the unit
price contract. Add line items for relocation of the fire hydrant along Sherwood Drive, the tie-ins of the 12"
water line at Sherwood Drive and Washington Road, and the installation of 6" water line along Sherwood
Drive. A summary of the final quantity adjustments and additional line items is attached.
