Gentlemen:
Per your request, the following is a revise cost proposal for the work involved for the Hotel and Bank
demolition. This revised price includes the Hotel demolition, and all associated ~ however; it
excludes any Bank demolition, constmction oftbe access ~ and the haul-in fill to create the sloped
finish grade shown by LP A Basiailly, the CODtractorwill remove the buiIdin& parking,. as shown, and
leave the site level. Four inches of topsoil will be installed, and this site will be hydroseeded.

Request approval of the cost regarding the airport
HotellBank Demolition.
The Augusta Aviation Commission requested a cost for
demolition and redevelopment of the property where the
hotel and bank buildings are located. This was not included
in the original cost for the new terminal construction.
Due to the condition of the existing facilities of the hotel and
bank buildings on airport it was decided that the property
would be better utilized as additional parking for airport
customers which would increase revenue for the airport.
$402,812.17 is the recommended cost for demolition and will
be funded 50% from customer facility fees and 50% from
Airport Capital Improvement Fund
Deny the request.
Accept the recommendation of the Augusta Aviation
Commission to approve the cost of the airport HotellBank
Demolition.
