- Concessions Up-fit for non-secure area.
The concessions up-fit costs '\V ere not included in the original
cOllstnlction contract because the Concessionaire had not ye.t
been selected and their needs were not yet known. Upon
selection of the Concession'aire, the concession'areas, both on
the secure and non-secure side, vvere revievved.
The desired recommendations ',liere made and a cost analysis
" done. At this time the Augusta /',viation Commission is
requesting approval of the change order for the non-secure
conceSSJons area.
$97,657.37. Please see attachemenl for cost breakdown.
