RFI- 92.

This quote Is based on the proposal being accepted by 5/22/09. The schedule calls for the U/G plumbing
in the Male Housing to be completed by June 1, 2009. The delivery of the saddle and cleanout parts will
take (7) days, and the installation another (10} days.
The attached Pevt Chart from the schedule shows If the proposal is accepted this week. The project will
not be impacted, otherwise extended overhead and added days will need to be applied to the total cost.
