Based on our discussions, we request the you provide us with a change order proposal to make the following changes to the landscape plans: 1. Delete all St. Augustine sod in the area between the new building and the adjoining residence, replacing it with bark mulch. (The exact area is shown on the attached sketch.) 2. Delete irrigation zone #4 in its entirety. 3. Change all exposed aggregate concrete to smooth finish concrete. 4. Delete the cast stone tops at the masonry benches, providing brick tops. 5. Delete the two trash receptaCles closest to Greene Street. This will leave two receptacles. We estimate that these changes will provide fairly reasonable savings. Please submit your proposal at your earliest convenience.
