The following change is hereby made to the contract for the above project:
Description of Change (for a more detailed description see attached proposal): amend the contract to split the
project into phases. The purpose will be to expedite the installation of approx. 9,000 linear feet of 36" water
main which will prepare the infrastructure for the demands in the western portion of the system. Allowing the
additional phase to be installed subsequently to the completion of phase I of the work.
