The following change is hereby made to the contract for the above project:
Description of Change (for a more detailed description see attached proposal):
The modification to this contract is to upsize the new sewer main to accommodate new construction on the
base and extend a jack and bore due to extreme depth of the new sewer main and unforeseen existing water
mains in the same path of the new sewer main. This modification was requested by Fort Gordon and is beyond
the original scope of work. Augusta will be reimbursed by Fort Gordon for the cost of this work.
