The following change is hereby made to the contract for the above project:
Description of dIange (for a more detailed description see attached,proposal):
ADD prime contractor, Tommy L. Griffin Plumbing currently constructing the Butler Creek Intercepter
Project; proposes to complete the Powell Rd. Culvert Replacement Project usmg a Georgia Department of
Transportation approved subcontractor at a cost of $221,200. Mobilization, contractor administration, and
other savings are minimized by completing the culvert replacement with the Butler Creek Interceptor Project.
,A separate PO number will be issued for this portion of the project, and it will be funded through Public
Works.
