The following change is hereby made to the contract for the above project:
Description of Change (for a more detailed description see attached proposal):
Ibis is a deduct change order to the project. The initial design for this project took into account potential
remediation concerns and were subsequendy placed in the contract as a bid item. Both pre and post demolition
testing was performed which determined that all of the test samples were below the Georgia Department of
Natural Resources HSRA levels. Since the test results were below expectable levels the contractor did not
perform any remediation onsite. Ibis change order is to adjust out the unused remediation portion of the
contact that was not uti1ized.
