Dear Mr. Henderson:
Attached please find (2) proposals for the Piney Grove Water Tank Demolition. The first
proposal ir. the sum of$57,970.00 will remain unchanged ifwe will be allowed to demolish
both the Pi!1ey Grove Tank and the Brown Road Tank at the Same time. Preferably
beginning the week of April 14,2003.
If for any reason this cannot be accomplished the second proposal in the sum of $67,970.00
will be the :ost. This includes a mobilization cost of$lO,OOO.OO.
We feel it would be beneficial to an parties involved to allow both tanks to be demolished at
the same time.
