The following change is hereby made to the contract for the above project:
Description of Change (for a more detailed description see attached proposal):
This is a deduct change order to the original contract amount. The reason for this deduct is, the additional logo
and subsequent lighting was removed from this project. In addition, The Augusta Utilities Department
provided their prefered altitude valve. As such, the original altitude valve, additional logo and lighting was
removed and deducted from the original contract amount.
