The plan quantities of leveling were inadequate to achieve the proposed grade change in
the vicinity of the Milledgeville Road intersection. GDOT approved the 3-point levels
taken in this area as well as this additional leveling.
This Change Order will provide funding to make the final payment on this project. All
work is complete.
