Dear Tom,
The previous pricing for change order 13 will remain the same. I added the additional
Sl,678.00 cost for the new receptacle panel to the Christmas tree lighting.
1. Adding 220 volt receptacles and additional roadshow panel. 525,915.00
2. Adding new potable \vater faucet connections $ 6,440.00
3. Cleaning paint from the Martin Wall S 4,150.00
4. Adding lighting for the statue and adding receptacles to
Christmas tree.panel. S 7,000.00
5. Addlng Christmas tree power feed and pennanent mounting $21,500.00
per supplemental drawing number 11. Note: fuis includes
changing the 2" nlceway from pve to galvanized rigid steel.

Dear Tom,
I have enclose.d OUT quote from Harrison Electrical Construction for the
electrical work at Augusta Common. As you can see there is a $694.78
ditTerence in favor of HalTison Electric. We chose Harrison Electric, not
be-canse of the slight price difference, but because the on site superintendent
for CI electric had moved to this c.ompany. AOS felt that with the amoLlnt of
underground utilities in a small area, it better for the project to have
someone that was familiar '\vith the original construct.ion.
I have also included a proposal from Harrison Electrical to change their
conduit to sc.hedule 40 steel and to add the receptacles to the Christmas tree
paneL The original quote included the panel but not the receptacles.
