Dear Mr. Cheek:
ARCADIS is in the process of addressing all owner comments for the Augusta
Municipal Complex project. Several design change options were requested;
therefore, ARCADIS is requesting a change order for the reengineering effort
resulting from those requests.
Scope of Work Changes
The requested design change is to add fire sprinkler systems to the administration,
crew, and warehouse buildings. We assume that the nearby water tank will supply an
adequate quantity of water for the fire main. If fire pumps need to be added, we will
reevaluate the design effort.
Compensation Requested
Fire Sprinkler System Upgrade
Schedule Impact
$22,014
The scope of work detailed above will require approximately four weeks from the
notice to proceed to complete. We will reissue the associated design packages upon
completion.

Utilities Department (ADD) Municipal Complex project A design change to modifY the
