WASHINGTON ,ROAD SIDEWALK PROJECT, SECTION II
CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that
the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project change is authorized to CPB#57-8218-098 adopted November 17,
1998. This amendment is for the redistribution of the existing funds of $200,000, which was
originally allocated to street & sidewalk construction. The same funds will be reallocated to
include construction, right-of-way, and contingency. The scope of the project, which is for the
installation of sidewalks along the North side of Washington Road beginning at the Big Tree
Shopping Center and ending at the National Hills Shopping Center, will remain unchanged. All
funding will be from the Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III funds.
Section 2: The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the
terms of the funds appropriated herein.
Section 3: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
