WINDSOR SPRING-ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAlNED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project change is authorized to CPB#323-04-296823516, This change
authorizes the additional funds programmed for this project. We propose
to. widen the existing road, install curb, gutter and sidewalk from Peach
Orchard to Wyman Street, The change is for the total amount of
$2,048,000 and will funded by Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase I and Phase III
Programmed Funds.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase I
~:pecial 1% Sales Tax, Phase III

Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
