WINDSOR SPRING ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, SECTION V
(S.R. 88 IN HEPHZIBAH TO WILLIS FOREMAN ROAD)
CHANGE NUMBER TWO
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project authorized is for CPB# 323-04-299823786. Funds
authorized are for Right of Way, Utilities, Signal and Contingency.
Funding for Advertising and Engineering were previously approved
from SPLOST Phase III and SPLOST Ph IV respectively. This
project is programmed in the Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III and
Ph IV.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase IV
$ 1,560,500
$ 600,000
$ 2,160,500
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
