BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond
County, Georgia that the following capital project budget is
hereby adopted:
Section 1. The project authorized is a general s~reet
improvement project. We propose to install new curb and gutters,
replace sidewalks and driveways, mill and resurface the street on
Walton Way betNeen 15th Street and Milledge Road.
Section 2. The following revenues are anticipated to be
available to the Commission-Council to complete the project:
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II
$845,320.00
Section 3. The folowing amount are to be expended for the
project:
