BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital ProjectBudget is hereby adopted:
Section 1:
The projecf authorized is for Engineering Services regarding the dredging
of the existing retention basin and increasing the height of the basin berm
for additional stormwater capacity. The estimated cost of this project is
$26,000.00 and will be funded by the .special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
Funds.
Section 2:
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Speciall % Sa~es1ax, Phase III.

Section 3:
The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
