BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project change authorized is to CPB#327-04-296812007. This
change is for the addition of funds for Advertising, Construction and
Contingency in the amount of $441,000. These funds are set aside in
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III ($202,161), Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase
II Recapture ($38,839) and Augusta Utilities ($200,000).
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:

Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture
