Traffic Engineering Improvements, Phase I
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that
the following capital project budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1. The project authorized is for the removal and replacement of traffic signal strain
poles at 1) S,R. 56 and Marvin Griffin Road, 2) S,R. 56 and Apple Valley/Brownlee Drive, and
3) S.R. 28 (Washington Road) and Boy Scout, as well as the removal and storage of luminare
poles and bases along Gordon Highway, This project is to be funded by Special 1% Sales Tax,
Phase III Traffic Engineering Improvement funds,
Section 2. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III

Section 3. The following amount are to be expended for the project:
