BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: The project authorized is for CPB# 323-04-200823591. This project
is authorized for intersection improvements at Augusta West
Parkway/Wheeler Rd., Lincolnton Parkway/Windsor Spring Rd.,
and between Wylds Road and Gordan Highway on North Leg. This
change is to authorize the additional construction cost associated
with said project in the amount of $83,241 modify scope, and
transfer unused Right of Way funds. This project is to be funded by
Special 1% Sales Tax Phase III Contingency Funds, Phase III
Recapture, and Phase IV Traffic Safety Improvement Funds.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase IV
