TANGLEWOOD & KINGSTON SUBDIVISION DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGE NUMBER TWO
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended.
Section 1:
The project change is authorized to CPB# 57-8351-096 adopted June 4,
1996. This change is for the addition of funds based on revised
construction and contingency estimates in the total amount of$165,000 to
be funded by County Forces.
Section 2:
The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within
the terms of the funds appropriated herein.
Section 3:
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales. T~x,:Phase HI
