BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended.

The project change is authorized to CPB# 57-8351-096 adopted June 4,
1996. This change is for the addition of funds based on revised
construction and contingency estimates in the total amount of $165,000 to
be funded by County Forces. This change, number three, is to approve the
use of contingency funds for Change Order Number One.
The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within
the terms of the funds appropriated herein.
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
