CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET AMENDMENT
T ANGLEWOOD & KlNGSTON SID DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 57-8351-096 adopted June 4, 1996. This
change is to budget for right-of-way, advertising to bid, construction and contingency in the amount
of $601,000. Funds are set aside for this project in Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III with the
exception of right-of-way which will be funded from County Forces.
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein.
Section 3. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase ill
$632,500
Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project:

3rd $632,500
Section 5. Copies of this capital project budget amendment shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
